1. Introduction

Welcome to Vektogram (the "Service"), operated by Cesar Camacho doing business as Vektogram ("we", "us", "our"). By accessing or using the Service you agree to these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. Definitions

• "User" – the natural person who registers an account.
• "Vault" – the encrypted datastore containing your passwords.
• "Unlock" – a paid event that decrypts and displays one password for up to one (1) hour.
• "Credits" – prepaid balance used to purchase Unlocks.

3. Eligibility & Account Creation

You must be at least 18 years old and capable of forming a binding contract under the laws of Mexico. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your master password and all activity under your account.

4. License Grant

We grant you a limited, revocable, non‑exclusive, non‑transferable license to use the Service for your personal or internal business purposes, subject to these Terms.

5. Pricing, Fees & Billing

• Unlock credits are available in three denominations: US $10, US $100, or US $1 000.
• Each Unlock grants one (1) hour of viewing for the selected password, after which it is automatically re‑locked.
• All prices are in United States Dollars. Paddle acts as Merchant of Record and appears on your card or statement.
• You are responsible for any taxes that apply in your jurisdiction.

6. Acceptable Use

Users may not: (a) upload or store stolen or illicit credentials; (b) automate Unlocks or bypass rate limits; (c) reverse‑engineer, probe, or attempt to compromise the Service; (d) violate any applicable Mexican, U.S., or international law.

7. Intellectual Property

The Service, including all software, logos, and trademarks, is owned by or licensed to Vektogram. Users retain ownership of their encrypted Vault data.

8. Security & Data

The Service employs client‑side AES‑256 encryption with keys derived via PBKDF2‑SHA256 (100 000 rounds). We never possess plaintext versions of your passwords. See our Privacy Policy for details.

9. Disclaimers

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non‑infringement. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error‑free operation.

10. Limitation of Liability

Our total liability for any claim arising out of or related to an Unlock shall not exceed the fees you paid for that specific Unlock.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United Mexican States, without regard to conflict‑of‑law provisions.

12. Dispute Resolution – Binding Arbitration

Any dispute shall be finally resolved by binding arbitration administered by the Centro de Mediación y Arbitraje de México (CMAM). The seat of arbitration shall be Tuxtla Gutiérrez, Chiapas, Mexico. Proceedings will be conducted in Spanish. Each party bears its own costs; the arbitrator may allocate fees in the award.

13. Changes to Terms

We may modify these Terms at any time. Material changes will be announced by email or a notice on the site at least 15 days before they take effect. Continued use constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
